Support
Support and response
What happens automatically
The automated response is not active yet. Until it is, a FlyNook person turns the data hold on by hand, only inside the published support hours, and every briefing still shows missing or stale data as missing on its own.
- The automatic checks of the data sources are not running.
- Paging the on-call person is not set up.
When people answer
People at FlyNook answer support requests, including SEV2 incidents (degraded but failing safely), only inside the published support hours, stated in your own time zone. Outside those hours a request waits for the next window unless it becomes a SEV1.
Support hours are not published yet. Until they are, write to support and a person will reply when one is available; no response time is promised.
There is no promise of a person answering outside the published hours, and no contract names a response time until a second named responder exists.
How to reach us
Write to support@flynook.ai. See what is affected right now on the status page, and defects that could have shown a less restrictive status on Safety Notices.
FlyNook records information and decisions; it does not make them. The pilot in command is directly responsible for, and is the final authority as to, the operation of the aircraft (14 CFR 91.3).
